Things are slow..

...or maybe it's just ME that's slow! I don't feel much of the Christmas spirit right now but I guess that's to be expected. However, I am convinced that 2011 is going to bring something wonderful my way so I am trying to focus on that!

I wish all of you health and happiness!!! And thanks for following my silly little blog!

Do not let fear of misfortune drag your spirits down. Setbacks like this are preparation for better times to come.

I firmly believe God will not give you a challenge that is beyond your strength, you will feel overwhelmed at first, but you will find that strength comes to you when you need it, as you face the challenge. I know this is a fact, I have faced it many times and God has been my strength.

Each time, you find the challenge is greater, each time the victory is greater still. Have Faith in Him, His victory is our strength.

Nope, not inside but outside, around the Park! Who's bright idea was that?? Normally, I document my arrival time. Today it's my departure time! I left the Mickey and Friends parking structure and crossed the street to begin my walk. Here you see the parking structure in the distance and Disneyland is to my right. My Cruise: Early First Morning

Did I leave you hanging? It should come as no surprise that I hardly slept that first night. I swear it sounded like someone was rolling a bowling ball! I crawled out of bed at six, got dressed and went in search of some coffee. As I walked up the stairs, I knew that even though I REALLY wanted coffee, it would have to wait because I also wanted to take some pictures before the ship was crawling with people. I'm so glad I put the coffee on hold. It sounds corny but the ship looked so magical at this hour of the morning. I used both my camera and my phone to take several shots. Here is one shot in Panorama mode on my phone. The sun was starting to come up and the sky was an amazing color of blue. Now, it was time to enjoy some coffee! To my right, the sunrise... Disneyland Trash Cans

Yes Folks, trash cans! Do you know where these two beauties are? You'll find them as soon as you come through the gates at Disneyland. This should be easy to figure out - Adventureland! How about these? Hmmm??? New Orleans Square! Here's a trick question: Which two lands share the same style of trash can??? You can find these two in Frontierland. Now we're in Fantasyland. Still in Fantasyland but wait!!! The area around It's A Small World has it's very own trash can theme! Tomorrowland!!! OK all you hot shots... WHERE is this MYSTERY trash can???? Do these look familiar? They should. Critter Country has the same theme as Frontierland. I know what you're thinking...you're thinking that I've already posted these and I'm trying to trick you. HA!
