What have I eaten today?
Breakfast: oatmeal with fresh raspberries and 1 tablespoon of half and half.
Also, one cup of coffee
Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with low fat mayo. Herbal ice tea.
Snack: I attempted to pop a bag of 100 calorie popcorn but only 15 kernels popped. The rest had to be thrown out. Phooey.
Did I mention my throat hurts?? :-(
