Poking around DCA
As I said the other day, I drove to the Parks to register for the AP Fantasmic event so while I was there, I had to go visit DCA, right?
The first thing that caught my eye was this! If I didn't know better, I'd swear it was 70 years old.
It was too hot to stay outside so I ducked into the first store on my right which was Julius Katz & Sons. I scanned the shelves for merchandise. So many pretty things and so little room to put them in, LOL!
If these are repeats, I apologize. I didn't feel like going through previous posts to check my photos. And if they are repeats, that means I now have doubles but hey, they were taken on different days!
I love the bright, vibrant colors.
A display in one of the cases behind the register is very interesting and I bet most people don't take the time to check it out.
Now this confuses me. A new line of merchandise clearly featuring Maleficent but it's pink? PINK???? It just doesn't seem right...
Still in the same store, I marvel at the wonderful collection of old stuff they have found to decorate with.
We'll continue this tomorrow, folks!
