Nothing in particular but all Disney

You are at the Parks, taking pictures left and right with your smart phone when all of a sudden your phone powers down. You've run out of juice. What do you do? You run over to the charging lockers, that's what you do! There are a few in the locker room on Main Street and also on Buena Vista Street at DCA. They are big enough to hold your phone, camera and even an iPad or Android tablet.

 This happened to me not too long ago and my portable charger was at home so I took this as the perfect opportunity to try out the charging lockers. For $2, I got the use of a locker for one hour and my phone was completely charged up at the end of the hour! Not bad, not bad at all.



 You have a great day at the Parks and head over to your car only to find that you've locked your keys inside. What do you do? I'm taking a wild guess here but if you happen to be in the Simba parking lot, you might be able to get some help. I noticed this "assistance" station as I was walking through the parking lot. Mind you, I'm guessing but I think it's to help guests with car problems. Any thoughts?

Upside down Christmas Trees?

We interrupt our Disneyland visit to bring you a few pics from Tom's Farms . Ever heard of it? Unless you live in Southern California, probably not. It's a neato keen place and I really dig it. I had not been there in 10 years so it was high time I paid them a visit. They have tons of outdoor seating and it's a great place to people watch. MLB Food Fest

The Food Fest was held at The Reef in Downtown LA. Each person got this bracelet with an RFID chip. That chip would keep track of the food offerings you selected inside and once you reached your limit, it would no longer work. A list of the beers being offered. The first thing I tried was Bhan Mi which consisted of slab bacon, asian slaw, sriracha mayo and a hot dog bun. Then I tired the Wisconsin Ultimate Cheese Fry which consisted of craft beer fries, cheddar cheese sauce, cheddar cheese curds, apple wood smoked bacon and minced chives. Next up were the Sisig Fries which consisted of sisig marinated chicken, Fresno chiles, fried yams, sriracha cilantro crema over fries. While I was in line for the Elote Nuggets, I took a short video so you could see the Food Fest. These were my favorite! Elote Nuggets consisting of corn nuggets, queso cotija, cayenne mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Fish and Chips from London! Batt
