Rivers of America and New Orleans Dessert

I know, I know, you want to see what I ate for dessert. But you have to wait because I'm not there yet. First, we pause by the Rivers of America. There's a canoe full of people!

Time to take a quick peek at the Haunted Mansion. No, I didn't ride it.



Now I'm hungry....let's get something sweet to eat! And here it is, folks. A chocolate mousse cake in all it's glory. It was GOOD but I should not have eaten the whole thing by myself!



I couldn't eat another bite.



I waddled over by the Mansion again to check out the Nightmare merchandise.



Now don't get confused - I know you are looking at photos taken on Monday but here is a video I shot last night at Disneyland. I found a cool new app for my phone that let's me send video cards. 10 points for anyone who can spot my son doing his impersonation of a Muppet!

Upside down Christmas Trees?

We interrupt our Disneyland visit to bring you a few pics from Tom's Farms . Ever heard of it? Unless you live in Southern California, probably not. It's a neato keen place and I really dig it. I had not been there in 10 years so it was high time I paid them a visit. They have tons of outdoor seating and it's a great place to people watch. I had a great bacon cheeseburger and then walked off my lunch by window shopping. A life sized Santa! (And he looks a bit creepy the way he's standing there. "Hey baby.." MLB Food Fest

The Food Fest was held at The Reef in Downtown LA. Each person got this bracelet with an RFID chip. That chip would keep track of the food offerings you selected inside and once you reached your limit, it would no longer work. A list of the beers being offered. The first thing I tried was Bhan Mi which consisted of slab bacon, asian slaw, sriracha mayo and a hot dog bun. Then I tired the Wisconsin Ultimate Cheese Fry which consisted of craft beer fries, cheddar cheese sauce, cheddar cheese curds, apple wood smoked bacon and minced chives. Next up were the Sisig Fries which consisted of sisig marinated chicken, Fresno chiles, fried yams, sriracha cilantro crema over fries. While I was in line for the Elote Nuggets, I took a short video so you could see the Food Fest. These were my favorite! Elote Nuggets consisting of corn nuggets, queso cotija, cayenne mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Fish and Chips from London! Batt
