What do YOU want to see?

Since I am soon to be "unencumbered by employment" (thanks Kenny!), my first photo study is going to be Tom Sawyer's Island.

It's been years since I've been on the island and I thought it would be a good use of my time to spend an entire day there, documenting everything I see through my lens.  OK, that plan is set but what do I do after that? I was getting my brain all twisted up in knots...That's when it occurred to me to ask you, my faithful readers, for recommendations of what you want to see through my camera lens!

What are you waiting for? Tell me!

Oooh! One more thing. You knew there'd be one more thing...
I HAVE to check this out!  Fiesta is this weekend at Disneyland!  When I was a kid, I always wanted to grow up and be the first female Mariachi - my parents thought I was nuts - Mariachis are all male. Not any more, baby! Woohoo, click on THIS
(As my niece would say, my Mexican is showing, LOL)

Connie - I rarely go to Critter Country. Maybe YOU can find something interesting there that I've missed that might be a reason to visit!

Connie, look forward to the island look.

I would like to see a good look at the New Orleans Square/Frontierland RR Station area. There is a calmness and beauty over there that is unique.

What I love are funky details that people can walk past a hundred times and not notice. They turn up all over the park. The questions is always, "How do YOU see things in ways that others don't?"

We've all seen a million dead-centered image of the Castle from the hub in broad daylight. (Zzzzzzz) But there are an infinite number other ways to depict the same building.

BTW, I'm about as non-Mexican as they come, but I love Mariachi music. Eating carne asada at a BBQ while listening to a live band is one of the great California experiences.
It's going to be great seeing your photos os TSI; not sure you can spend a whole day there, but maybe you'll prove me wrong!

I think Thufer's suggestion sounds pretty good. Maybe do all of the train stations!
Connie, enjoy your day at the Park.
Connie, of course I'd like to see anything Snow White. But in particular...store window displays, figurines in shops, banners and signs throughout the park, and just about anything else SW you may discover.

Have fun!

Someone told me that New Orleans Square has some new Mardi Gras type of decorations. While I would rather see this area NOT cluttered up with such stuff, I still wouldn't mind seeing what it is they put over there.

When are you going? Have fun!
