Tom Sawyer's Island Part 5 - Caves!

I think this is what everyone has been waiting for! Let's see where this goes....

...it goes nowhere! Could this be the old Injun Joe cave that was closed up several years ago? I tried to peek through the fence but there was a black wall behind the wooden gate. Phooey!

The view from inside the "cave".

Ok, let's go find a cave to explore...

Small, medium and large!

Ah ha!!!

My eyes needed a moment to adjust...and I loved the creepiness!

What's THIS???

Wow, this is so COOL!

We continue creeping through passageways...

...and stumble upon this.

Oh oh....

WOW....I felt like a kid again!

And all the while you hear noises, like bats and rattling chains!!!

This cave goes on and on...

I spotted this and got closer for a better look...

...and was startled when I heard a pirate address me!

Still more to explore...

I have been warned!

Will I ever find my way out???

Update! Major, thanks for reminding me about this!!! This guy startled me to death! It's a "real" body but the face is video. It's got a motion sensor because it was "dark" until I stepped up to the opening! Very cool!

Yes, while nothing more than a 'J. Depp' tie in, the caves seem to be rather cool and exciting. Very nice picture set in the dark. Well done.

These did turn out very nice, Connie! That peek-in that has a round opening in the rock with three metal bars over it...if you touch that bar of gold sitting on the other side of the metal bars, I think a skull or a head appears.

I have to say that these caves look pretty fun, even though I still miss Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn (and even Injun Joe). Is that last figure an animatronic?

Connie - glad you had fun on the Island; it really is cool to explore the caves!
