Storyteller Cafe

As you know, I had breakfast for lunch on Friday at the Storyteller Cafe. While I was waiting for my turn to go to the buffet, I pulled out my camera and wanted to take some shots of the many little details in this beautiful restaurant.

All of these shots were taken from my table.
The first one gives you an idea of what caught my eye.

I zoomed in to get a detailed look at the shade and the figures on the wall.

A little bit closer, this time without the shade.

Then I looked slightly to my right and these beauties caught my eye.

And then....

This guy stopped by my table and I melted and completely forgot about taking more pictures!

Storyteller is one of those great semi-hidden gems at the park.
Interesting pics Connie. I've never visited the Storyteller so it's nice to get an idea of what the native "flora and fauna" look like inside. Thanks for posting.
I like the decor, it kind of reminds me of a certain type of illustration (I think maybe the "Beggarstaffs") from the late 1890's/early 1900's.

I love Storytellers, but I have never seen any characters inside! Very cool. I hopped over from the Blog Hop. :)
