Halloween Is In The Air! Part 2

Image
Approaching Cars Land I saw this and knew I had to get in line and take advantage of this awesome photo opp! While waiting for my turn, I took in the sights... Adorable!!! These spiders were everywhere! Finally it was my turn! Everywhere you looked, there were great details, many that I missed as I found out when I got home and went online to see what other people had found. I get such a kick out of these spiders. Next, I head on over to see Tomater or is it Tomacula?   While waiting in line...   These cones are so cute!   The fountain is adorable but what caught my eye is the sign on the wall in the background. Look at Mater!   Almost there!   He just couldn't get any cuter! There is so much more to see but it will have to wait until the next post!

I'm loving DCA!

I've said it before and I suppose you will tire of it eventually but I can't help it. I am totally wrapped up in it and loving DCA. The Cozy Cone "Motel" is a delight. Ya sure, it is a series of snack stands but come on, LOOK AT IT! You can't walk by and not smile. You just can't! The flowers, the lights, the planters - everything is a cone and I love it. Lightning McQueen makes an appearance several times a day and the kids love it. Believe it or not, they sell Mater teeth!!!! I will be taking pictures here for years to come. Oh Cozy Cone, I love you, LOL. Back on Buena Vista Street, I like that the Chamber of Commerce is now Guest Relations.  I had some fun with Instagram... first the original shot... And now the Instagram version. Original shot... Instagram version. I rode Mater's Junkyard Jamboree for the first time. Love the "decorating" that he did. Oh and yes,...

Buena Vista Street and Cars Land

Image
This is gonna be a long one, folks! Seeing Buena Vista Street and Cars Land by day or by night - doesn't matter- they are spectacular!! Along with the "normal" snapshots I have included some details that the normal Joe misses in his rush to get "on the rides". Take your time, enlarge the photos and soak in the details. I glanced in the window and saw these gloves on the steering wheel. I stopped dead in my tracks! What a cool display. Tile work always makes me take a second look. So I'm walking along and I see a mailbox on the wall. Hmmm.... Do the names mean anything to anyone? This spectacular sign goes unnoticed by most guests. Isn't this cool? The detail on this alone is amazing. I could stare at it for hours. Now it turns to night... These 'flowers" are a hoot! Another day, another visit! ...
