Paranormal Shenanigans?

Image
Man, I don't even know how to begin this story!!!! Just bear with me..... You all know that I am currently unemployed so I spend most of the day at home alone - except for the dog, I am all alone. Today the cleaning people came so I got up early, got dressed and went for my walk then spent some time at Denny's having breakfast.  I got home at 10:40 - cleaning people were gone so it was just me and the dog. I checked email, checked my favorite blogs then decided I had better get in the shower. OK, first take a quick look at the upper left corner of this photo and you'll see a white rubber flying saucer shaped thing that I use DAILY to keep my hair from going down the drain. OK, the key word here is DAILY. You also need to know that when I do laundry, I hang everything up in the bathroom for a few hours until I'm sure the clothes are completely dry as seen in the photo. Hang in there...there's a reason I'm telling you all of this. I get in the ...

A Paranormal Encounter?

Image
I experienced a couple of strange things on my last trip to Florida and decided it would be neat to include some pictures with my story so you could get a better idea of What, Where, When and How. After viewing an episode of Ghost Hunters featuring the St. Augustine lighthouse, I was VERY excited about seeing the lighthouse for myself! No, I did not go up to the top (remember my PeopleMover story???).  This is where you enter the lighthouse.  A shot of the stairs...  ...going up, up, up! This is where Ghost Hunters caught TONS of evidence on film and digital recorders.  Since I wasn't about to go up to ...

The Paranormal

I have been asked why I believe in the paranormal. Simply put, I believe because of all the experiences I have had in my life which cannot be explained. Since childhood I have seen, heard, felt and dreamed about things. I've decided to write about these things for two reasons. The first reason is simply to have a written account of what happened. I've never done that before. The second reason is because there is a growing interest in unexplained things that happen to ordinary people. I am one of those ordinary people. I am a mom - my son is 33. I go to work, I enjoy taking photographs of everything, I love Disneyland and little hole in the wall restaurants. I am not a weirdo or a misfit - I'm just me! Those that know me personally, know that I do NOT make up stories about things I experience. You should also know that when something DOES happen, I don't automatically accept it as paranormal. No, I try to find a logical explanation and/or cause for what has happened. ...

Here is something a little different

I love a variety of things...someone I admire said, "Keep an open mind but not so open that your brains fall out". Love it! http://jimharold.com/jims-latest/ufo-videos-fact-or-fake-paranormal-report-18/
